Training and Safety Coordinator
At Gensco I updated, implemented, and facilitated training and safety programs for the Tacoma Distribution Center. I coordinated new hire onboarding and training of new TDC team members and oversaw material handling equipment certifications and re-certifications for industrial equipment. I also oversaw Gensco's LMS admin tools to assign and monitor employee completion of all e-learning courses.
Training and Development Specialist
Assigned and facilitated hybrid, online, and in-person training for all employees at the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino. Met with managers and supervisors for in-person technical Paycom training, leadership skills training, and employee career development planning meetings.
Curriculum Design and Development
At Digital Media Academy I wrote, developed, reformatted, edited, and updated business, music, computer science, and film course curriculum for international product distribution. The technology education course content that I developed includes lesson plans, slide decks, and digital webpages.
